Welcome to our second article in our ‘All About Our Agents’ series, where we share some fun facts about our amazing agents at the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team. Today’s agent is Eric Illowsky! Let’s take some time to learn all about Eric!
Eric has known Mark Seiden for twenty years! “I brainstormed ideas with him over time, and one day he just said, do it here!” And the rest is history!
As an entrepreneur Eric learned real estate by buying homes in bulk for foreign investors. His favorite part about a real estate transaction is the close because everyone is so happy! His favorite part about being an agent is getting people started with the next phase of their lives!
Eric’s biggest piece of advice he’d give to a new client is to expect bumps, but don’t worry about them. “It’s my job to navigate them with you!” We absolutely love that!
