Hello again from your favorite Real Estate team! We are back with another highly requested ‘All About Our Agents’ blog post! This week we have the pleasure of sharing some fun facts about our Showing Agent, Mr. Leon Stokes!
Leon was born in Yonkers, has been an agent for four years, and knew Mark Seiden prior to joining the company. Before becoming a Showing Agent, Stokes was (and still is) an NYS licensed Massage Therapist – how cool is that?!
Leon’s favorite part about a Real Estate transaction is the moment the buyer realizes they found a house that they want to make their home. With that, the biggest piece of advice Leon would give a new client looking for a home is to “have patience, because the perfect home will come in due time.” – Great advice!
One of his favorite things about Open Houses is the opportunity to meet new people. And when it comes to working for the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team, he would describe us as an “Awesome Team, everyone works so well with each other!”

What is the strangest job you ever had?
“I worked at a funeral home … picking up bodies!”
Guilty pleasure?
“Ice cream! Any kind!!”
Dream vacation?
“Touring Italy!”
What is something that would surprise people to know about you?
“I have walked on fire!”
If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you’d buy?
Ice cream, of course! And secondly a home on the water.
What is your favorite thing about being an agent?
Helping people achieve their “dream home” goals.
If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
“Tony Robbins!”
If you could choose anyone, who would you choose as a mentor?
“Well, Mark Seiden of course!”
What is your favorite activity outside of work?
“I’m a foodie at heart, so trying out new restaurants. I also love hiking, fishing and boxing.”
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Never give up, keep moving!”
